How To Open A Cognism Account?
To open an account on Cognism, follow these steps:
- Visit the Cognism website.
- Click on the user avatar at the top right, and click Settings.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter the email of the user you want to add to your account. Be aware of the number of licenses you have available.
- Click Invite once you have entered the email of the user you want to add. A success notification will be displayed at the top-right of your screen.
- The invited user will receive an email from support@cognism.com and can click on the Join link.
- Users will be redirected to the Sign-Up page where they need to enter their details and click Sign Up.
- Users will be directed to the Sign in page where they can enter their login credentials, or sign in via single sign-on (Google, Microsoft or Okta) and start using Cognism.
Please note that pending invites do not use up a license until actioned. If the recipient does not receive the invitation link within a few minutes, please have them check their Junk/Spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of the inbox. Cognism Return Policy?
Cognism has a specific process for ending subscriptions. All subscriptions can be ended by sending a cancellation request to support@cognism.com sixty (60) calendar days before the subscription or initial contract end date. The subscription renews automatically every contract period unless a cancellation request is submitted via email to support@cognism.com at least sixty (60) calendar days before the end of the current subscription term. Once the cancellation request is received, the Account Manager will ask the user to fill out a questionnaire and arrange a phone call to hear feedback. Always check the contract for specific details about the dates of the subscription period. If in doubt, get in touch with the Account Manager for extra details.
